The rock worked out in my gym for a few months and did a circuit type workout and never really took any breaks between sets.

Chill brah... It's a joke.

Nobody is denying that he works hard. Lots of respect for him, but it is funny how it is always it's the meals. Like there is some magic to eating seven meals a day that mere mortals can't fathom. Anyone who thinks he looks the way he does because he has the wisdom to pack 7 Tupperware containers of food every day is delusional.
