  • 1st road trip

Ran down to Palm Coast Fla this weekend. Took Interstate down Bike ran great cruised 80 Mph straight down Nice ride, good hard shake down run. Ran back to GA today. Took AIA from palm Coast north to south JAX. I wanted to go all the way to Amelia island but could see storms developing along coast. I stopped pulled up radar on phone.. frigging awesome. Went west to Interstate ran around storm and North To South GA. Got Off I95 and took HWY 17 north along the Georgia coast home avoiding all bad weather. Almost 5 hours coming home verses three going down. But what a nice ride. Put about 500 Miles on her.

Damn thing rides real nice, no vibration easy handling, plenty of power and don't get blown around too bad from the big rigs. First bike with a wind shield. That really make it nice.I never thought Id like it but must admit I do!:thumb: Looking fwd to running north to the mountain's...:agreed:

My Uncle Rick rode up from Daytona, Old biker dude in out of jail all his life. Hadn't seen him in years, we did a little riding. Told me come down to bike week next year and he'd take me to the "real bike week"...LOL Old party animal. We had some fun before I joined the army. ol' Sick Rick...It was good to see him, been 15 years or so.
