I am going through menopause

I have this weird condition where I drink a glass of juice or coke or whatever and I get like a woman's hot flush. I start heating up and sweating. Even in winter I can drink a cold drink and my body temp rises instantly.
Doctors don't know what it is. I thought it might have something to do with rising blood sugar but it even happens with cold water. Never happens with food. Been happening for years and I still can't find any explanation. If I'm at home it's ok cause I just rip my shirt off when it happens and it's over in about 5 mins.

Omg! I thought I was the only one. I get the exact same thing. It's fucking annoying but I never thought about seeing a doctor about it.

Drives my crazy. Being at work is the worst having drinks with clients etc. Start to feel the heat wave down your back and across your face. Then you start pissing sweat.
