  • "Damnation."

Absolutely fantastic documentary. One of the best I have watched. Superbly narrated and with a fantastic soundtrack. It is about the tragedy of damming the rivers of the West. I had tears in my eyes at a few points in the course of the video, it was so powerful.

    Watch it.

I think I was gonna watch it a few months back but saw some bad reviews think it has a really low score on rotten tomatoes and I figured it was shit. I'll watch it and find out.

      • I noticed that and I am not sure why. I thought it was very well done.

I trust your review so I'll give it a watch.

Side note. The build team from mythbusters new show "white rabbit" is just horrible. Instead of 3 friends having fun with science like they did in mythbusters it now feels forced, fake, pointless. I was really looking forward to that old mythbusters magic but the direction they took this show makes me sad. Watch the first episode and prepared to be disgusted. Lol

          • It seems like every reboot has sucked so far.

            • They don't seem to get that people don't want heavily scripted over the top acting. That's not why we tuned into mythbusters in the first place. We tuned in because they were genuinely passionate about what they were doing. They did not come across like payed actors, they came across as real friends doing what they love. This is all I want to see. Not this forced acted horse shit.

              • The Cuba Libre Story

The real story of Cuba. Not the propaganda story we were all taught in school as Americans.

Very well done. Bit slow at the start but picks up by episode 2.
