The problem seems to be when the people that talk the most disappear. All posting seizes because those talkers do most the new posting and then others will chime in on that.
I am extremely busy with studying, hospital, driving, kids, etc. I try to stop in at least morning and evening, but I haven't been around as much.

bunch of excuses. i cant imagine what you slobs look like right now. bunch of fat guts hanging over your pants. none of you even workout im betting. :)
I work fulltime midnight shift. 930pm-6am. I also go to school fulltime during the day (30 hrs a week in class/studying/travel time). I'm married with a 10 month old little girl as well. But, at the absolute minimum I still train 3-4 times a week. Hard...8-12 sets per body part, 90 minute workouts. Granted, I have a pathetic social life and only see my friends like once a month...BUT, if you truly have the drive for fitness, you WILL make time to fit it in. I'm with you B, no excuses!lol :weights:
