Make sure you give your boy extra loving, he's grieving, too. :(

Kind of funny but he is acting like he finally has the house to himself again. Had him 1 1/2 years before we got her so he grew up as an only pup. She kind of scared him a little bit because she was such a bull, she would run through the house and bump into shit etc.. He on the other hand is very careful and NEVER bumps into anything, if he does it scares the shit out of him lolol. So now that he doesnt have her to fear he seems all chilled out, walking around the house sqeeking the shit out of his favorite duck toy, strutting around all cocky.. ahhah. They def loved each other but they were never those (2 peas in a pod) type dogs, they each did their own thing.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone.

I'm doing better then I thought I would actually. I guess because I knew she was sick already. If this had just suddenly happened out of the blue I would have been more at a loss I think.

Also sounds like your boy is being a clown to get your mind off. Lol.

The answer is no. He is 10 years old and as I said he was raised as a single pup. I think he prefers it actually. Lol

When he goes, we will get a black and white Male Staffordshire Bull Terrier

I will never have 2 dogs again. Its to much.
