Seriously cool shit.

Makes you think about the limits of size. Like if we have microscopes that could do 100000000000000000x's magnification, Imagine what else we could see. Same goes for the very large, just imagine all the things we cannot see. Seems to me that most people never even think about this kind of thing.

Great stuff! Hitachi, who makes electron microscopes, has a competition every year for this kind of stuff. There's some crazy shots in that competition - lots of crystal stuff that is like abstract art.
