Got it done Friday. Still pretty sore; tender to touch the actual testicle and there is a constant dull aching/tugging feeling from the pelvic area to my abdomen.

The procedure itself was short. 10 minutes. The local anesthetic injected into the vas deferans felt like someone was squeezing my testicle between their finger and thumb with all their strength. It took my breath away, made my palms sweat, and made me feel like puking.

Then as you are taking deep breaths to relax and deal with the discomfort, you are inhaling the smell of your tubes getting cauterized.

Basically a miserable experience as one would expect.
