Dont know what they doin your side but they starting to move again here. My works are nearly done and its valued over $600, 000 now. Problem is everything else went up too
Properties are selling a lot quicker over here. Prices haven't really improved though. Some of my listing are selling in the first 2 weeks and I've already done 4 deals this month
