I've stayed in some great all inclusive resorts. I'll tell you what, this place was AMAZING.

The people who work here were near perfectionists. So peaceful and quiet, and damn those swedish women looked fucking hot naked on the beach:D

The excursion was amazing. From riding off road vehicles through the jungle, to 17 zip lines(that alone took 2.5hrs)...to swimming through a cave for 25mns(with a life vest on..otherwise I would have drowned lol)...to paddle boats and canoeing.

the weather was not the best the entire time we were there...we did a lot of spa stuff and other stuff:swoon:

Next trip will be to Aruba which will be the last week of February and for 8 days this time...Hopefully the weather will be better:)

Reason the pics show practically no people is because we were up every morning at 6am for cardio then breakfast....yea we still worked out lol

I did tell you how we were stuck on the runway right? 2.5hrs!!!! We got to the resort at 930pm instead of 1pm!!!

yea, that shit seems to happen more and more. almost never on time.

And we also flew out of providence airport. ..gives us no room nor the airline to put us on another flight. Had we flown out of boston...things would have been different because more flights were available. ..oh well...US Airways gave us a $400 voucher for next time...not bad I guess. ..we'll use that for Aruba.

Seems my magic weight is 210/215lbs...I'm still rolling. .lifting... and running now...diet is way diff than I've ever had.

my gf practically eats all organic and rarely has a cheat meal.

she makes all of my meals...other than us eating out and when we do. ..she's strict. .I can't remember the last time I bought my lunch or breakfast.


It's easier to follow that when you have someone doing it 24/7
