There are always two sides to a story, and some fucktard yelling "Ow" and "okay" off camera doesn't mean he isn't trying to bite you or kick your balls or resist attempts to be cuffed. However, there is a minimal amount of force necessary to make a lawful arrest. Six officers. Unarmed suspect. Baton and Taser deployment. Okay, sounds reasonable from a professional standpoint. Until I saw this.

If this is authentic, you are going to have a difficult time articulating the use of deadly force in this situation. A strike to the head with a baton or an object, is within most departments use of force continuum, considered to be deadly force. Again, you can't see the fight, but the audio itself is pretty damning and the results are going to be difficult to justify. IMHO.
