  • Thanks Amazon

First time I've ever been disappointed with their service.

Had about 30 gifts sent to numerous relatives and friends. Paid for gift wrapping. Amazon places the detailed invoices for every item on the outside of the wrapped package. So much for surprises. Brilliant. Lol

Not a big deal in all reality but like you said, should be pretty simple common sense. Fortunately the kids stuff was intercepted by the parents.

I would send them an email, just let them know what occurred. Maybe they aren't aware of how the shipping department is handling wrapped packages.

Definitely send them an email. I personally think they should reimburse for all of the gift wrapping charges, but either way, they should know. They generally have excellent customer service.

I'll send them an email and see what happens. I've honestly never had even a minor issue with them. I'm interested to see what their response will be.

Just call them up and complain. Just Google Amazon customer service and their number will pop up. I recently purchased a camera that dropped in price the day after I ordered it. I called them up and the refunded the difference right away. I am sure they would do something to make it up to you.
