I see. I looked at the ninja and I think it is a great system. It would probably be fine for my needs. It is more of a brew over ice than a cold brew, but I doubt my palate could truly discern a difference. I got the toddy system to try because it was $31 vs $110+ for the ninja. I was also trying to limit counter takeover. I hate stuff out in the kitchen.

it's been a great purchase. it was a $200 system and she ended up getting some sort of manufacturers coupons and sales etc...long story short, went to kohls that morning and well you read the thread:weights:

i mean we are going through about 1.5lbs of coffee a week lol

Medium. Basically zero acidity. I used 8oz coffee and 4.5 cups water. I'm going to keep up with how much concentrate is measured out to estimate my total yield.

Ninja makes great products as to what I can see. Long story short, I got this $229 coffee machine for a total of $107 at KOHLS exactly!!!

so we really like the sumatra estate, that will be our favorite for now. we also liked the costa rican and the casi cielo from starbucks is really really good. once we finish this here, I'd say about 2 weeks. We will continue to look for other brands and such. i think the sumatra is always going to be on hand, it taste good and such a great deal. we'd like to have 2 other types for variety.

we bought more mason jars(we had more filled, not in pic)...i have saved so much money since doing this, quite ridiculous the money i was wasting.
