Me or him? I always go regardless of the weather bro. Shit, there were tornado watches and warnings out a couple months ago and we had 60mph gusts going on and I was still lifting during it.lol
You get used to it man. Just hafta plan slide factors in, start stopping early, etc. 3 years ago we had a huge snow storm in february, dropped 23 inches in less than 24 hours. I had to work that night and next morning thats what was on the ground. Drove home in my jeep I had at the time, snow so high on the road I could feel it scraping the undercarriage. That jeep cherokee 4x4 was the best vehicle I've ever driven in the snow. Never ever got stuck, even in all that
I remember when I was a kid my dad took me to vacant shopping center parking lots in the snow so I could get familiar with sliding and learn how to counter steer to come out of it. Great times and memories. Biggest problem is people panic and lose control.
I drove back home from Oklahoma city last weekend.... left Louisiana on a plane.... 73.... landed in OKC.... 16...... Drive back was ridiculous. Interstate with 1 lane half-ass cleared of ice and snow. Took me two days to get home and I drove 40 on the interstate for 3 hours. I love cold weather, I layer up like a mofo..... But driving on that shit was a pain in the ass.
