before I order some u recommend any? Small Med or Large? the gym we use twins and title seem like after some abuse they tear and fall apart... I was going to order Fairtex brand but I think its overkill and $$. wanted to start training some noobs. Punchtowns look good.

Punch town are super good. I was the first USA supplier of punch town
They are bigger and heavy some complain they can't move them fast enough. I doubt you have that problem though.
Get them or the small Fairtex they will last forever
