its called checking a kick and I hate it,lol. I am a big kicker and no shit i throw dynamite I got that nick name in Thailand from kicking so hard. even with shin pads on if you get sloppy and it gets checked it hurts like no other.

point one chris lifted his leg so andersons shin hit his knee. anderson did not turn over and hit the flat part of his shin thats faster but less damage and as you see more dangerous

I have also kicked a knees same time i was getting punched in the mouth a lil bone in my foot went out and I could not walk for 2 weeks till I found a foot guy that popped it back in was fine the next day.
