For years I've been using them. Well I rented a movie tonight and I lost the mofo:argue:

I just called them and as a 1 time courtesy, they're waving the full price of $25!!!!! :D for being such a great customer.

I was hoping someone would find the movie and return it:P I was at stop n shop while this terrible tragedy happened. Oh well, it was a cheesy movie.
