The walmart 10 minutes from me has 4 different AR's to chose from. I thought they pulled those from the shelf after sandyhook, guess not in Ohio. They even have a Colt brand with machined parts, but its over a grand. Cheaper one for $500. Id really like to have one, my buddy has a Colt with all kinds of accesories...heavy barrel, flash suppressor, scope, laser sight. One badass gun, shoots incredibly smooth

Honestly...there is no best in my opnion. Its what each person is looking for in a weapon and how they want it set up. Ive got a mid grade DPMS( about $800 bare bones) when I got it years ago. Its all stock. But..... target up..pop..target down. It's all that matters bro... I like it plain jane, and its what I carried for 20 years and Im very accustomed to it. So Im happy and very confident in my abilities with it. To me....thats what makes any weapon ...the best....
