        Why keep these people alive. Just kill them and end their pain. I don't mean that in a harsh jerkoff comment type of way either. That is no way to live.

              In the right set up and with the right caters many of these people could be helped and are possibly capable of communication.

              In the UK we care for those in need, its instinctive and ingrained in our society.

                Who says they don't communicate? :confused: The pictures appear rather dated, so I don't think that is a modern day facility. They are possibly/probably being "cared" for, it just doesn't appear to be happening in the best of circumstances.

                  I wonder how many of them would be able to lead normal productive lives if they only had access to modern medicine and treatment.
