Mr I is looking at this like two friends going on a hike together. People that climb Everest are on a personal journey. They spend tens of thousands of dollars training for this, and it's most definitely a very well known fact that you may not return. I'm sure it's heartbreaking to pass people by, but you simply do not have enough oxygen or time to carry anymore than yourself.

Read "Into Thin Air" by Jon Krakauer. Absolutely fantastic read about how Everest has become big business, almost like a guided safari. In the past, climbers had to prove themselves on lesser peaks before even attempting a 8000-mountain. But now, anybody with 50-60 grand and minimum climbing experience can go for it.

There is NO margin for error up there above 25000 feet. If the weather is good, then the worst thing that happens is that the mountain beats you and you have to turn back, but if things go wrong in terms of weather or equipment malfunction, then the situation can go from annoying to fatal pretty rapidly.

        Staggeringly scrum is on point.

Mostly trust fund faggots looking for something to boast about to mask their feckless lives. Sherpers carry most of the gear but at some point these dim witts are alone. At this point if mother nature turns only the odd lucky sherper with no oxygen tank usually jogs up in pitch blacj and saves them. But when this isn't possible it just quickly descends into a free for all where these "brave pioneers" shit their cunts and leave each other for dead
