i dropped it on the damn ground outside. it's all dinged up :mad: i wonder if at&t will still let me exchange it since i've had it for less than 30 days.

all I can say is best buy is not friendly with phone returns, I went in to get mine returned after it was ran over by a car and I was escorted by 9 mall security gaurds out, fucking bastards I swear. (yes it was under warraunty)

i got it from at&t direct. they won't get to see it, they should send me a new phone with the pre-paid label to return the old one.

lol i had mine exchanged 5 times... when i bought it, i also bought stores extended warranty ($25)... i dropped the phone couple of times, also dropped it few times into water (sink/toilet etc), twice it froze in my pocket (cuz of the cold) and every time it would stop woring... they never said a word when i returned it (cuz i had the extended warranty)... i paid bit over $300 for it so the $25 was deffinetly worth it.....
