I'm a professional geologist, working within the Arctic circle for much of the year. To me all of the photos look to be things that I have seen in nature on a number of occasions.
The majority of rock formations are affected by jointing, this is where for various reasons (related to rock type, structural deformation and loading) the rocks form a series of joints or cracks. Typically these are a repetitive sequence and often form at right angles or slightly oblique angles to one another.
Weathering when it affects the rock will typically first exploit those joints and enhance their appearance. For the majority of the photos I looked at there this is clearly the case. The only exception which I find difficult to figure out is the internal photograph of 3 blocks, two side walls and a roof. However I can tell from this photo that it is a small room and likely just a fortuitous arrangement of granite slabs.
The majority of those isolated, rectangular slabs and their apparent stacking resemble a number of sites I have visited where it is clear that cracking along preexisting joint lines has occurred due to the unloading of ice from the last ice age."
