It's only about an hour or so away. That was the first time I've ever stayed on Disney property, though.

I've never stayed on Disney property either. Both in Anaheim and Orlando, we stayed close by and took the hotel shuttle bus to the Disney property. How did you like staying at the Disney resort?

I liked staying there for the "feel" of Disney and the Magic Bands, extra magic hours, etc. The pool has activities for the kids and stuff, too. But with that said, you can certainly get way more bang for your buck by staying offsite - nicer rooms, free breakfast, etc. I wasn't sure I'd like relying on Disney transportation, but it worked out well. We opened the parks every day and never waited too terribly long for a bus when ready to leave. But if I had decided to drive my own vehicle, the parking would have been free at all the parks, too.

What do you mean? The food I posted was all gluten free - minus the cupcake I said was my daughters. I even got chicken tenders :grin:

Get a figment doll in epcot. I don't know I how I remember that thing from when I was a kid but that purple dragon stands out.
