Have to take a pic of the parking garage under the building, its fucking comical. I have to park like half an inch off the wall on the passenger side to allow enough space on the drivers side and the car next to me to be able to open the door. You definitely become a better driver/parker living in the city.

I can only imagine the price tag for a tiny place like that in downtown Chicago.

Glad to have an in unit washer and dryer. Most places downtown are shared by the building. Fuck that.

Didn't walk out behind the building to take a pic from the street today but this sort of gives a better idea. Just a different layout on the back side. Ones on the front are more expensive I'm sure. Probably multi bedroom. We just have 1 bedroom.

Back of the building facing the lake is different layouts I guess. I'll take a pic when I go tomorrow.

The balconies look like two different condos. Weird.

The exterior shot is what I was talking about. The balconies on this pic look great, separated by the units.

Yea, I'd prefer a wall or something between. I said the same thing as soon as I saw it.

Exterior looks nice, but why does your balcony look like it connects directly to the neighbors? I would want it separated. I am making assumptions based on a photograph, so I might be wrong in how it is laid out.
