It is a stupid viewpoint. "Well at least he didn't have a gun". I guess. At least he didn't chain the doors and torch the place, at least he didn't have a fertilizer bomb and level the building, at least at least. We can do it all day.

I'm all about saving kids, so what are we going to do about blade control? We need to make sure crazy people don't get blades. Maybe we should go to a spoon only society. I can get behind that legislation. Maybe only certified butchers that pay the proper government agency enough money should be in possession of sharp knives. What does a normal peon need a knife for? Nothing! A spoon will do most tasks, and you don't have to worry about a sharp blade.

Guns aren't the problems, knives aren't the problem. Society has a problem. Is it the upbringing? The weird shit in our foods? The medication? What is it? I just can't believe that inanimate objects cause problems.

Guy goes on a stabbing spree and people state "at least he didn't have a gun"??? That is a sad response. I'm old school, I like to search for the cause of problems, not attempt to blame problems on something else.

We have become a zero accountability society. We reward non performers. We let the federal government fuck us each and every day. Check out the rancher that has snipers/feds on his land TODAY because the government decided they wanted his land. That doesn't sound like freedom to me. That is an example of why the government doesn't want an armed population, it isn't and has never been about saving lives.

Getting off track, but bottom line, there is something a lot bigger happening than "guns are bad".

You have to be a certain age to buy or carry a knife here. I don't even need to get started on the gun laws here. The average Joe just doesn't have access to them unless you buy black market. Maximum sentance for carrying a gun is 10 years.
I agree the weapon isn't the whole problem but it is a major contributer. You simply don't have gun massacres here because of availability. Over there you have them every few months but you idiots still the ink accessibility has nothing to do with it. America fuk yeh!
