Hockey Bettors: Check this scenario

I'm heading to the Corel Center with BettingProphets to watch the Senators play the Hurricanes on Thursday night. I'm thinking that the Sens absolutely HAVE to win this game, given the stinkers they've laid in the past two.

Talent: Sens have a huge edge, of course
Trend: Sens are slumping
Line Value: Sens will be favored, but perhaps not as heavily as
usual given their mediocre play this season so far

Intangibles: -Sens have never won in the 8 games BP has
attended

-Sens have a record of 8-3 in games that I have
attended

I don't know whether to bet this game, or just lay off, given the scenario. Any thoughts???
