What bodybuilding book do you read. I was going to buy Arnolds BB Encyclopedia. Ive heard Dorian yates' Blood and guts is good too. What does everyonne else read. How about magazines. I love to read but I hate buying those stupid ass mags that are 150 pages of muscletech ad's.

I just read the magazines in the store. I don't like to buy them either since only one or two articles I care about reading, plus all the damn sells adds.

I guess all those guys use celltech? They're huge!

if you want fluff and basically the same article printed a thousand times read anything off the magazine rack. if you want some real information subscribe to this. it is only once a year but there is more infromation packed into than most magazines have in a whole year.

                    http://www.exercisecertification.com/books/books.html

these are all the books but "Synergy" subscribed one.

yeah I own most of it. it is really a logical philosophy if that is what you like in training. a lot of data recording and standardization.
