No. This was supposed to be that fight. Wandy "missed" his piss test and was removed from card. Belfort stepped in and then Sonnen failed his piss test. For hcg and clomid. Obviously messed up his timing coming off trt.


He's a great fighter but since his last failed test his performances were noticeably different. Lost the edge.

Look at his last 10 or 15 fights...dude has fought only top tier talent since about 2008--hell half of them world champions or former world champions...I don't think he was past his prime at all. I think the sport began to evolve around him, whether or not his last couple of years he could have made effective changes we will never know...but he one of the best takedowns and from the top skill sets in MMA.

My point exactly. Passed his prime...sport passed him by, same difference. Regardless, his fights post Silva #1 have been lack luster.
