I love this play. CF has just lost to E Mich and I can't tell you how bad they are. Then they lose their QB and more importantly their head coach. The head coach is the most damning. It creates total chaos on the team. They will have no motivation to play tonight. They all just want to get the season over and move on. Marshall is still looking for a bowl bid at 6-4. They need to win and win convincingly especially against weaker teams like this CF bunch.
I hear the weather may be bad and it doesn't matter to me. If anything, it will hurt this CF freshman QB more than battle tested Marshall.
Marshall should have been a 14 point favorite against a healthy, together CF squad. They are just over a TD and FG favorite against a completely wrecked, at least for now, program. This line is a mistake and you need to shoot it. Then hit it again to confirm the kill.
