  • Weight loss.... Help

    Hi.... I am new to this and I need help on loosing some weight. I am 5'5 and have an athletic built but I need to loose the fat on top. I weigh 170 and want to get down to 145-150. Some trainers in my gym want me to do a physique show once I lose the weight but I am not thinking about that right now until I get this weight off me. Any help is greatly appreciated

    Post your current workout regimen and your diet - how many calories you consume and how much of a deficit you are running relative to your daily metabolic needs.

    Also, how old are you and I assume you are female?

      It really is as easy as nailing your diet. Drop the cals and the weight will drop. Add in cardio and something like hydroxycut and the weight will come off as long as you are CONSISTENT.
