the pop ups for the South Beach Diet.

"No exercise! No cravings! No forbiddne food! Lose 8-13lbs in 2 weeks!!" - i read "no effort, and i'll take your money, you'll lose a little weight then gain it all back"

WHY do people not have the time to exercise? i always hear this "i'm too busy for the gym, i have too many things going on"....

i don't understand. why do people want the world for no effort?

    ugh

this is the pop-up i keep seeing, and on top of that, the girl is already stick thin, why the hell does SHE need a diet????

that girl in that pic is so thin her ribs are sticking out through her pectoral muscles!

sana, i look at it as the general american public are idiots... and if they think they can loose weight by doing nothing by watching what they eat they'll believe it.

I don't know whether to be disgusted with these scams, or to start plotting to market a scam diet of my own.

www.stopzilla.com will take care of that and any other popups for that matter......can't stand 'em....It's only $20 a year and doesn't let a single pop-up in. You can do a trial and see how you like it before purchasing it. It breaks down to like $1.66 a month, but well worth it.

it's not really a pop up per se... it's a paid ad that the NYTimes is putting up this month - or has been for a while. its not like the fact that it's popping up is bothering me, it's the message it's carrying that does.

Gotcha...I just cringe when I here the word pop-up...lol...I have cable and dozens of them bitches were popping up like crazy. Anyway, I agree sweety....those fad diets are a crock of shit and stupid lazy people buy into them all the time. You can't cut entire food groups out or not exercise and expect to permanently change your body composition!!
