    Starting to enjoy my leg sessions again, good shit

    Hack sqaut machine is the only leg movement that feels natural for my long legs. sqauts and leg press always felt akward no matter what weight i was using.

          I squat sometimes merely to retain balance and core control with about 300lb. My days og squatting 500 are not necessary.

          I do however get nearly 20 reps with 400 on hacks and work uo to 500 and it feels way more natural on my legs.

                  Ive been incorporating hacks into every leg routine for the past couple of months, love em. Starting to get a nice sweep and separation that ive never had before and i know it has a lot to do with hack squats. Its a great exercise to keep pushing more reps out too. If im about ready to give up on say 10 reps, i can easily still blast a few more out. More so than regular squats and not as dangerous

                    Pretty good legs. You definitely ended up backing up all the bullshit you talked in 03. "I take Gh and slin before all my competitions"

                    Squats are the only thing that get my legs sore the next day. My pins need serious work though.
