I think we're describing the same thing from different angles.

I'm not racist instinctively but I hold an opinion based on facts and experience that leads me to form a generalised opinion which, in of itself can I guess but described as racist then.

But I don't see why I should feel guilty about it. Its not as if im going to harm anyone but I may internally hold some views I couldn't freely express publicly.

If one in three blks by age 30 has gone through correction. Blks are more orone to crime per se, dress it how you like. But for me ti say that people like you call me racist as if im evil or something.

I think I see what your saying. More along the lines of sterio types right? ex Asian's cant drive. Still, I think the sub par statement is way to harsh, only cause you group the whole race into it. I think the human mind is very malleable, meaning its just how a person is raised. I think that's the real problem. I don't think that a specific race of people are going to be more prone to civil unrest, no matter what kind of unrest it may be, because they have inherent gene to do so.

Then I also think that it has to do with demographics. For ex, we could look at high collar crimes that deal with lobbying corruption, wall street, political corruption and high level corporate crimes. Those are committed by, mostly white people. Why, because they're not that many black people in those positions. Comparatively speaking, areas that are impoverished, uneducated and have easy access to drugs and alcohol are mostly black; those crimes committed in those areas are going to be by mostly black people. But white people who live in those areas as well, do the same crap.

^ so why aren't american hispanics as criminal? You just inadvertently perfectly evidenced that blacks wealth levels and environment can't be used as excuses for their propensity for criminality

Keep reaching by all means, as you desperately try to find reasons other than face reality, when you eventually run out, ask yourself the question, are you racist?

Not saying this just to stoke you.

Lol, no my mother is white from England, Saulsberry I think, cousin, and my dad is black. I'm not trying to down play the statistics but the fact that you write off a whole race by calling them sub form. That's terrible bro.

I live in northern Va, in Fairfax. Its a wealthy part of the country but I'm originally from Cleveland Ohio. The difference I see in the black kids here vs in Cleve are amazing. Cleveland, ghetto and bad but here well spoken and well behaved. That's all I can say based off of my experiences. But the point of my going on about this is you cant write off a whole race because of the stats. Because when you come across a black person that's doing well, you write them off, and that's what I think is wrong.
