    You gotta remember I'm just brisk walking not running

    I guess its not quite as wide but otherwise not much different, its got suspension and a small fan too.

    I watch The Shield on netflix while walking, the best thing is you wear what you want and after can jump straight in the shower

          Well, used it 4 times now and I have to say its the best piece of home fitness kit I've ever bought. Walking is my most comfortable form of fat burning and super convenient.

            Training is a little tougher now, less stored energy I guess, because of daily cardio.

                  Well it is probably partly because ive dropped my juicing to just test and gh, but since I've adopted daily cardio on the treadmill, I, along with my lady have noticed;

                  1) I'm calmer
                  2) more consistent moods
                  3) more good moods
                  4) less anxious
                  5) digesting food better and less heartburn
                  6) more feeling of wellbeing and healthier
                  7) leaner by the day, lost some size also but don't care my eating hasn't been on point
                  8) sleep better and feel better on awakening

                  Test, gh, daily cardio is a great combo for me :)
