Just set up ur camera or phone with auto timer on. I set mine on bathroom mirror for my avatar, works well once u find the right spot. Or you can just crop your head out of the photo before uploading. You do look great by the way bro

This is as sloppy as I've been in years. I decided to take my foot off the gas a few months ago after my biggest competition and cruise for a while. Coming off gh, I'm not staying as lean as years past.
