How much sleep are you all getting?
I’m getting between 5 and 6 hours a night.
Still waking up tired but I’m not sure if it’s because I’m suddenly training a lot more intensely and frequently.
Currently training 3 times a day – 1 hour cardio at 5am then another hour of cardio between 2-3pm weights are normally at 9 or 10pm at night.
Not sure if this is too much too soon after so much time off or I need to sleep more to recover better.
