How will you use the tables and graphs?

I used a Zeo sleep machine a couple of years ago, it was cool for about two nights. Knowing my REM sleep time does nothing for me. Knowing that I woke up an average of 4 to 5 times per night does nothing for me.

I just don't see the benefit in the data. I don't care that I average of 10,000 steps per day, etc, etc.

More for heart rate than anything else. I wouldn't mind graphing my heart rate under normal exertion as well as aerobic and anaerobic exercise.

Then you need a HR strap during exercise and a watch with optical HR for everyday.

Yep, I have a Polar HRM (chest strap plus watch). Unfortunately, mine is a base model without computer connectivity.

I don't NEED this type of information, but I find it interesting to see just some of the many things my body does ED.

I think it's cool to see how many steps I take and distance I do ED.

I had one I got it for free for signing up to the gym.

The fitbit flex. I used it for about 10 days then got over it.

They are kind of pointless atm as they are all still 1st generation tech.

Give it another 6months after the Apple one is out and there will be some big improvements throughout the market with some real impressive tech.

nothing bring out innovation like trying to compete with Apple. Look how far Android has come.
