Havent seen this discussed on here and from what Ive read it seemed to be a big issue over there.

Meh. It's a political witch hunt. If it was real torture they'd be in jail. People have gotten soft and some are calling lack of sleep and listening to terrible music "torture". Torture is shoving sticks underneath people's fingernails, chopping off digits, and electrocution etc and all that crap is illegal for good reason. All the political figures yapping their gums about this so called torture have been informed on a continuous basis about what was going on for years. Besides I don't think a single American would have been complaining about this right after 911 or if they would have been continuously successful at attacking Americans on our soil.
