Having a party on New Years and wanted something a little different from the norm. Figured what the hell since we are in the Midwest we certainly have access to Chicago/Wisconsin type fat assery meat product.

Of course. Have to go to world market and few other places to pick up more party tray type crap. Definitely wanna do a tapas type thing. I was just excited about the meat because it's real deal midwest small country store type shit.

Got more of the menu items yesterday.

Gonna do homemade meatballs in the Crockpot. Got some nice Italian rolls to serve them on. Roasted corn chowder soup. Cheddar biscuits. Pita chips served with salmon and cream cheese spread along with various aged salami and sharp cheeses. And finally about 3 types of both red and white wines. Gonna be good.

Oh, and homemade double chocolate chip cookies with pistachio Gelato
