There are always exceptions to the rule but I think there is truth in this.

Lets take for example the Roman or Greek empires. These mostly "white" empires that existed THOUSANDS of years ago were far more advanced than modern day Africa in terms of stability and basic needs.

The general argument from blacks is that the "white man held us down". But there must be a reason we were in a position to "hold them down" in the first place. If we all originate from Africa, one would think that they should have had a head start..
