So cold in Chicago

It's so cold that ice crystals form on window from nothing at all.

It's in the mid 30s at night and like 60 during the day. It's fucking freezing. :grin:

Last year when it got into the negatives at night, the light switch, inside, by the sliding back door frosted over. Made me nervous to turn the light on outside when the dog went out.

It's usually colder then NYC. On average by about 10 degrees I'd say.

I'll be back in the US on Friday. Even though it is cold and rainy in the PNW, I'm looking forward to it, since I've been stuck in close to 90F and 90% humidity for more than a week.

Yesterday was 58 today barely in the 20's. Calling for 3-6 inches of snow by morning. Fuck these wild temperature swings.
