Is there no middle ground? All right, I get the notion that being ripped or jacked is beyond the discipline and ability of the general population. But is simply being trim and of NORMAL weight too much to ask? People have been managing to do it for centuries and 90% of the world still manages it somehow.

If this is meant to improve the self esteem of people who are overweight for medical reasons, fine. But I am afraid this is another attempt by the fatties who completely lack the discipline to put the fork down to create this alternate universe where obesity is not just an acceptable state of affairs but is actually somehow desirable.
