How drastic of a diet change are you guys talking about? Do you guys go from eating like utter shit to holocaust mode diet or what? What is it that you cut out?
I don't know, probably all in my head too but I'm in my third bout of sickness this season already and I hardly ever get sick. I've even been more particular about keeping my hands clean. Only difference for me is eating better and excercizing. Probably just unlucky but funny how this thread is here.
