  • Bigger tv?

Got a 50 inch panasonic now great picture quality but seems small. I can get a 65 inch JVC on amazon for $730. What would you choose picture quality and smaller tv or bigger more immersive tv but worse picture quality. I wanna go bigger for gaming to make it more immersive. We've come a long way since 2009. College dorm days when people freaked out over how big a 32 inch beast lcd tv was.

I haven't been following the tv tech lately but I think the bigger the tv worser the picture days are over. I've seen big ass TVs at Costco or best buy with amazing picture. So I'd say go for it! Get the biggest tv you can afford.

Quality over quantity. Especially since you brought up gaming.

The bigger the tv, the more obvious its flaws if it's cheap.

50 inches of perfection or 65 inches of "ehh"... Choice seems obvious to me.

Not true. While PQ has gotten much better over the years, size still exposes weakness especially if it's a cheapo.

Very true. My mother in law bought a 65'' Sceptre (?) and was trying to educate me on how it's similar to Samsung, Lmao. Not sure where she bought it, but switching from SD to HD looks like the difference of changing coax to composite on an analog TV.
