Nice Area, anything you could want to see, do eat is all here. great restruants..Had some French toast that was stuffed with apricot and cream cheese that was outta this world..very good combo. What Was very cool about Hilton head is like most touristy areas its commericalized..but in a very nice way...no big signs anywhere. For an example you go to a grocery store...its not just a big parking lot , there are islands that are landscaped into the parking areas large trees in front of stores ect.. It made it a bit difficult to find stuff at times but made the area so much nicer.
Had some great seafood up at Harbor town. Great restruant on the water under the lighthouse at the Marina.. Harbor town is private community located on the southern tip Of the island..beautiful place, but I got the feeling is was more of a high end retirement community. Anyway. Hilton head is a nice place to spend a weekend at the beach..nice place good beach access and great food.
