Sad to see this. No wonder some people refuse treatments.

Brain cancer is so tough, generally inoperable, radiation therapy too risky and chemo really shouldn't be used but sometimes is.

      Only alternative is alternative medicine

Yeah the alternative treatments are at least worth a try. Steve Jobs lived 7 years with Pancreatic cancer using alternative treatments. He actually refused chemo. Yet they tried to cover that up. I believe his actual cause of death was due to chemo not to cancer. But of course people will disagree with that. I've have several family members succumb shortly after starting chemo (stage iv lung cancer: uncle started chemo one month later he was gone).

Umm, Steve Jobs went 7 years while the cancer spread and ate away at his body until it was too late. Had he gone in for proper treatment right away he would probably be here today.

It's a tough call in that state, but in that state, I wouldn't trust the state.

I've thrown up studies on here before about can abs oil etc and honestly it doesn't allways seem to work but if I had any choice I would try that over chemo

Like I said people are entitled to their own opinions. I believe the alternative methods slowed the cancer down. Pancreatic cancer is perhaps the fastest spreading cancer the fact that he lived that long is amazing.

True, pancreatic is often one that shows no signs until it's too late, I.e. symptoms are from secondary/spread damage to other organs

Yes true, but look at this study.

Cesium therapy in cancer patients. - PubMed - NCBI

A consistent finding in these patients was the disappearance of pain within the initial 3 days of Cs-treatment. The small number of autopsies made showed the absence of cancer cells in most cases and the clinical impression indicates a remarkably successful outcome of treatment.

I'm not saying that alternative meds are all complete rubbish. I'm just saying in Jobs rare case of limit less money he probably could have done a better job at saving his own life.

he was a bit to much hippy mentality when he needed to be a realist.
