I hereby propose a suggestion (?)

Once a year, a panel (to be decided), determines appropriate punishment (from a selection of stable options) that shall be awarded to board members.

The punishment options need to be silly (drink a pint of milk with three raw eggs in and a banana)

The reasoning for the punishment cannot be genuine it must be innocuous bullshit, didn't spell a word right or something
