Both sides of the breast and both legs and thighs. not much wasted at all FB.:thumb:

Cook legs/ thighs in crock pot then pull meat off, make soup or smother in graven n onions / mushrooms and cover rice or noodles with it.

Breast meat is best... tons of ways to cook. One of my favorites is to smoke it..while basting it with a mix of apricot preserves and honey..SLAMMING GIRL!!:thumb:

I mean like weight wise. A 19 pound bird nets how many pounds of meat? 15? 10? I don't know how much all the feathers and feet and stuff weigh

No, I don't ever bother figuring out cost per pound because it's depressing, haha. Our boat holds 500 gallons of gas and when we tuna fish we probably end up eating $200 per pound fish
