I'm going Spanish.

3 Cheese Enchilada with a Corn and mango salad and Tres Leches Cake.

Bought the cake from a Mexican place but making everything else from scratch. I'll post pics.

Ive got family in from out of town and we always do ribs the night before easter and a ham on easter. Of course some misc sides as well. Always delicious.

Easter Breakfast.
