Article says he was“a fine man and one of the most experienced professional hunters on the African continent.” Yeah, a real great guy hunting down elephants for ivory. Dude was a piece of shit. It's one thing to hunt and fish and consume the meat, but killing animals for nothing but so called "sport" is totally fucked up.

Elephants can outrun humans easily. So can hippos, believe it or not.

They can run through most trees etc, I spent some time on safari in Africa. It's actually buffalo and hippos that kill the most people.
